At RedAI, we take your privacy seriously. This policy outlines how we collect, use, and protect your data within our industrial monitoring ecosystem.
Data Collection: We do not store continuous video feeds on our servers. Our "Direct-to-Cloud" technology pushes encrypted data directly to your AWS bucket. RedAI only processes metadata and event triggers.
We may collect:
- Account and billing information.
- System usage logs and performance metrics.
- Device status (uptime, heat, signal strength).
Terms of Service
By accessing the RedAI Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations.
License: RedAI grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use our software solely for your internal business operations in hazardous or industrial environments.
Restrictions: You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the Push Module software.
GDPR Compliance
For our clients operating within the European Union, RedAI adheres to the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
Your Rights: You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data stored in our administrative portals. Since video data is stored in your own cloud instances, you retain full sovereignty over that data.
To exercise your rights, please contact our Data Protection Officer at support@redaivision.com.
Service Level Agreement (SLA)
We understand that in industrial environments, downtime is not an option. RedAI commits to the following uptime standards:
- Platform Availability: 99.9% uptime guarantee for the Visual Control System.
- Critical Bug Response: Under 4 hours for severity-1 issues affecting safety monitoring.
If we fail to meet these metrics, eligible enterprise clients may be entitled to service credits as defined in your specific enterprise contract.
